Belts
- V-ribbed belts. These belts are made from ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) and polyester cord. The use of these materials makes it possible to maintain performance in the temperature range from -50°C to +150°C. These Winkod belts have excellent weather resistance, good low temperature flexibility, excellent chemical resistance and good heat resistance.
- V-belts. Chloroprene rubber (CR) of the PS-40A brand (Japan) and polyester cord of the Wolfcord brand (Germany) are used in the manufacture. Belts made of this material withstand temperatures ranging from -40°C to +120°C. The main advantages of CR W belts are good resistance to petroleum oils, ozone and oxygen, freon and ammonia resistance.
- Timing belts.
In the manufacture of WINKOD timing belts, rubber with a Japanese-made cord is used, all products have wear and temperature resistance in accordance with OEM standards.
- Resistant to tearing and extreme conditions. The fabric thread is woven into rolled rubber using a special reinforced spiral braid technology. This significantly increases resistance to tearing, as well as high temperatures, oil, moisture and wear. Also, the fabric thread has a minimum stretch.
- Wear resistance. Winkod belts are mandatory tested immediately after production for wear resistance, withstanding stretching up to 5000 N. The non-slip test is mandatory: a 280-hour test under a load of 700 N. Due to this, at 4800 rpm, the slip of the belts is no more than 1, one %. To ensure a high level of quality, Winkod belts undergo a cycle of factory tests, during which the relative elongation under load is controlled.
